Globally people around us are struggling in many facets of life and dying. Physiological needs of basic food, water, warmth and rest is key and has always been a contributor for good health. It is highlighted more than ever now the need to put our skills of how to support ourselves, families and communities into action. Being able to say to ourselves, I can do this but maybe this will need to wait is an effective tool. I hope people see that message through this image and know that we will feel accomplishment again soon. I think this image could be used not just for the now but for future use too and help us all to stay in tune as to what is important and how to support that through our daily lives
