5. Read with Speed

This was a pretty neat challenge and something I have wanted to try for a long time. One of my favourite podcasts to listen to is “Kwik Brain” with Jim Kwik who is a world expert in speed-reading, memory improvement, and optimal brain performance. His podcast has short “bite sized brain hacks for busy people” and he has several in-depth programmes that you can sign up to and one of them is speed reading. The beauty of his programmes are that they are daily practices of less than 20 minutes a day. Instead of physical training at the gym it was brain training for the mind. I increased my reading speed significantly plus my ability to comprehend the information. The challenge will be to keep applying the practices to everyday life.
