MIND, BODY, SOUL AND RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGE IDEAS

 

The four general areas of wellbeing are adapted from the Te Whare Tapa Whā Māori model of Hauora (wellbeing) by Dr Mason Durie. The four dimensions of health are whānau (family health), tinana (physical health), hinengaro (mental health) and wairua (spiritual health).
