Take One Thing Away Each Day

This challenge was fantastic and once I started it took on a life of its own. We live in a life of accumulation and just keep adding layers and layers of stuff. I was inspired by the ‘Minimalist’ movement which is about removing excess ‘stuff’ and living life rather than gathering possessions that just clog up your world and your brain! It was really simple as all I had to do was take one thing away each day. The added advantages of minimising was I cleaned out a whole lot of stuff and gave away whatever I could which felt great because it was helping others. By the end of the 18 days my life truly felt more spacious and less chaotic. Less is MORE!
