‘Going out for Dinner at Home’ from Wellington Girls College

In response to COVID-19 the ‘Live Up’ COVID COMMUNITY was set up to support our communities with practical wellbeing resources that can be used for these extraordinary circumstances of social distancing, community lockdown and quarantine. This article is from Gail Ives and Grace Goodall (Wellington Girls’ College) and it is based around ‘Be Active’ one of the 5 Ways of Wellbeing.

Exercise Routine

Here is an exercise routine we use when we are teaching fitness programmes. Choose your food from the Menu and you pay for it by exercising! You may have to adapt a few of the exercises depending on your home and ‘bubble’ set up.

You can do this by yourself or if you are extra hungry then order yourself another meal and make sure there are no leftovers.
