Routines - Create your 'New Normal'

 

In response to COVID-19 the ‘Live Up’ COVID COMMUNITY was set up to support our communities with practical wellbeing resources that can be used for these extraordinary circumstances of social distancing, community lockdown and quarantine. This resource is based around the 5 Ways of Wellbeing. New Normal

A common theme from psychologists and experts is set up routines and create your new normal. Routines create certainty in uncertainty. Here is a daily routine that as a family we co-constructed together. It’s not perfect and it will change over time but it’s a solid start for now. I added in the 5 ways of wellbeing checklist to make sure that during our daily routines we are actively making sure we are doing activities that are good for our wellbeing and mental health.
